Delete your account

You can delete your SuperInk account and everything attached to it. This is a permanent deletion, not a deactivation, and it cannot be undone. SuperInk is published by camelstack GmbH, which handles these requests.

What gets deleted

your account record — username, score, and your email address if you logged in
every solution you submitted
your position on the highscore list

Nothing is kept behind. Puzzles you created and published stay in the game as puzzles, but are no longer linked to you.

From inside the app

This is the quickest route, and it takes effect immediately.

Open SuperInk and open the menu.
At the top of the menu, tap delete account — or delete my data if you never logged in, since the game still keeps a score and solutions for your device.
Read the summary of what will be removed and tap continue.
Type the confirmation word and confirm.

Without the app

If you have already uninstalled SuperInk, email contact@camelstack.com with the subject SuperInk account deletion request.

If you used the email login, send it from the address you logged in with — that is all that is needed to find the account. If you only ever played anonymously, the account is tied to a random identifier that was generated on your device and is only held there and on the server; uninstalling the app destroys your copy of it, so please say which username you played under, and the account can be located that way.

Requests are handled within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

Retention

Deletion happens straight away, in the same request. Nothing is retained afterwards, apart from ordinary server and crash logs, which are not indexed by account and expire on their own.
